The benefits of living in the country have been emphasized in the advice given through the Spirit of prophecy. Many Seventh-day Adventists have been influenced by this advice when choosing their homes and in their interactions with worldly organizations. As we face the approaching crisis and recognize the dangers ahead, this guidance is being brought to the forefront for all church members to consider. Along with these statements are more specific instructions that have been published in various publications or letters of advice.
